In the heart of a typical Alsatian farmhouse, refined decoration chosen in the spirit of Alsatian folk arts and traditions. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed in this half-timbered house. The 140m² Hof comprises a fully-equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which is very spacious, and a bedroom on the mezzanine, a 50m² living room, a shower room with WC, and an independent WC. Restored in 2015, we have taken great care to preserve the authenticity of this former stable, which is sure to surprise you! The swimming pool is private to the gite and is available from 10am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm. Other times are available on request, as the pool is entirely reserved for you.
Opening hours are 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm, but we are flexible about opening times.
Ideally located for discovering our region: Strasbourg, the Wine Route and its medieval villages, the Vosges or the Black Forest, Baden-Baden thermal baths, Europa-Park, Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg, Christmas markets - the list goes on!
STRASBOURG's huge Christmas market is just 15 minutes from the gite.
With the owners' agreement, pets are allowed (5 euros/day/pet).
We offer traditional Alsatian dishes on request: sauerkraut - baeckeoffe - Riesling chicken - tarts flambées - braised ham - bouchée à la reine - alsacienne with fried potatoes or kassler with fried potatoes.
Please note that some dishes require 12 hours of preparation or marinating.
In the enclosed courtyard, ping-pong, darts, swings, precision games and balls will keep adults and children entertained.
