Located less than 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire, this gîte is ideal for 4 people.
Just 2 km from shops and close to the town of Saumur, this pied-à-terre is ideal for visiting troglodytic sites, the Cadre Noir de Saumur and its horses, mushroom beds and the picturesque villages of Turquant and Montsoreau, as well as Fontevraud Abbey. Also discover the Loire Anjou Touraine National Park, the chateaux of the Loire Valley, the vineyards of Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil...
It comprises a large living room of 40m² with lots of charm: wooden beams, tufa stone walls, parquet flooring, old wooden door... a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a comfortable lounge with access to the terrace covered by a bay window.
A first bedroom with a double bed (140cm x 190cm), shower and washbasin, plenty of storage space, television. Door to outside.
A second bedroom with a 140cm x 190cm bed, shower, vanity unit, television, fixed window.
Separate toilet.
Outside, enjoy a shady enclosed garden with dining area, barbecue, deckchairs and a pleasant covered terrace with wooden garden furniture.
For your comfort, towels are provided and beds are made on arrival.
The gîte is close to the owners' home and adjoins the 4-person "L'Aromate" gîte.
Covered gated parking shared with the Arômate gîte. Wifi internet connection. All-inclusive price (except cleaning).
