We look forward to welcoming you to this restored vintage-style villa, whose meticulous interior decor reflects its high standing. Ideally located in the heart of Jullouville, 80m from the main beach (direct access, no traffic) and 150m from all amenities. Ground floor: living room opening onto dining room, separate kitchen, shower room. Basement: large multimedia lounge (Sony 75'' TV, JBL audio, Apple TV, Livebox), double bedroom (160cm), laundry room with washing machine and dryer. 1st floor: two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90cm), two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160cm), shower room, bathroom.
