Access to the gîte via a staircase.
Ground floor: living-dining room with fully-equipped kitchen (3 induction hobs), bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed and shower room. Separate WC. Upstairs, you'll find the other bedrooms: one with 1 x 160x200 bed, one with 3 x 90x190 beds and 1 x 160x200 bed, and a shower room with WC. With views over the fields, you can sunbathe around the private, unheated, fenced-in chlorine pool, 8mx4m, 1.50m deep, open from June to September. An outdoor area with garden furniture is located next to the pool, allowing you to make the most of the space, with a plancha grill and ping-pong table.
The unenclosed grounds reserved for the gîte cover an area of around 3000m2.
Baby equipment: high chair, bed, bathtub, stroller. This 160 m2 gîte is located in Périgord Noir in the commune of Saint Rabier, halfway between Périgueux and Brive la Gaillarde, 14 km south of Hautefort (Château and Museum of Medicine) and 20 km north of Montignac (Lascaux 4 International Center of Cave Art), less than 10 minutes from a freeway exit. Enjoy the calm of its location and the charm of Périgord stone. This tastefully renovated modern house is the ideal family accommodation for a vacation in our Périgord region, allowing you to take advantage of the region's tourist attractions. You will have free access to a tennis court in Saint Rabier. The owners will be delighted to show you around their farm (calves and walnuts). Depending on the season, children can watch the cows in the meadows behind the pool, about 150 m from the fence.
