Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The stone-walled, pink-plastered structure, built in the 18th century, is located on the outskirts of a small village. The garden with its well-kept meadow leads down from the house to the panoramic swimming pool, which measures 5 x 10 and is 1.50 meters deep. On one side of the pool are sunbeds and a large parasol for relaxing. On the first floor there's a panoramic terrace with a small lounge where you can enjoy a drink, a comfortable outdoor kitchen with sink, burners for cooking, fridge, oven, dishwasher and a large table where you can dine while admiring the panoramic view over the green woods. Also in the garden is a heated hydromassage pool for 4 people (2x2 meters), and a stone barbecue. The entire outside area, with its flowering bushes, is well maintained and features an automatic irrigation system. Parking on the property.
Interiors
The structure has been completely and tastefully restructured, with terracotta floors and wooden beams, to preserve the characteristics of rural constructions of the period. The furnishings are very comfortable and well cared for, in a rustic style. The sofas are spacious and comfortable.
Main house
On the first floor there's 1 double bedroom with added single bed and mosquito nets, 1 double bedroom with mosquito nets, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with shower accessible from outside. Air-conditioning is available in the corridor leading to the bedrooms. The second floor opens onto a living/dining room with fireplace and air conditioning, cooking area and access to a panoramic balcony equipped with table and chairs, where you can enjoy breakfast. The second floor can also be accessed directly from outside.

Location
Casale Fivizzano lies on the green hills of Lunigiana, on the outskirts of a small village and therefore not isolated, surrounded by magnificent woods with relaxing views.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30. The gardener and pool attendant will be on site, normally early in the morning or during other times to be decided, so as not to disturb.
