It consists on the ground floor, a kitchen open to the living room, a first bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with two single beds (+ an extra mattress), a second bathroom and a sitting area with a 140cm futon adjoining a small balcony.
Outside, a walled garden of 200 m² with wooden terrace including garden furniture.
