Come and enjoy the enchanting setting of Bonneval-sur-Arc, its typical freestone chalets and slate roofs. Nestled in the heart of the Vanoise National Park, the village classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, is located on the Route des Grandes Alpes, at the foot of the legendary Iseran pass (2764m above sea level).
The Bonneval-sur-Arc ski area is one of the highest ski areas in the French Alps, ranging from 1,800 to 3,000 meters. The snow cover is regular, even at the end of the season.
Location:
The Marmotte residence is located in Bonneval sur Arc at a place called "Tralenta" and in front of the "Vallonnet" chairlift. The residence is entirely ski in / ski out.
The cleaning service includes the rental of bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. This service is already include in your booking.
Apartment equipment:
This apartment offers a modern and warm decoration and high quality equipment. The south-facing orientation allows you to benefit from a dream panorama.
The living room opens onto a 20m2 balcony and the sublime surrounding nature. This room offers a living area, a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, ...)
A double bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a TV, its south-facing window offers a lovely view of the slopes.
The dormitory has 2 bunk beds, i.e. 4 single beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old).
Finally, a shower-room with laundry machine and dryer (washer dryer) and a separate toilet complete this property.
The layout of this apartment makes it ideal for a family or a group of friends (up to 6 people).
One outdoor parking space is located 100m from the residence.
On the ground floor, you have a ski locker with boot dryer.
