Large studio of 28 m² living space located on the garden level of a well-located residence. It offers:
- entrance hall with storage space, bunk beds (for 2 people), closet. Please note that children under 6 years of age should not sleep in high beds.
- living room with 120x190 sofa bed (sleeps 2), armchair, coffee table, chest of drawers, TV, HD satellite decoder and DVD player.
- dining area with table, 4 chairs and storage space. This area opens onto a south-facing balcony and the residence's green spaces.
