Every nook and cranny of the house has been decorated with care and discretion, a real visual delight! As for the exterior, it's just as charming! A main terrace overlooking the swimming pool (12 x 6) with sun loungers and garden furniture, and 1,500 m² of fenced grounds planted with trees. Air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms. What more can we say? A thriving haven where you'll have a wonderful time with family and friends!
Household cleaning and linen included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.

Saint-Étienne du Grès is located in the Bouches-du-Rhône department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. Its inhabitants are called "Grésouillais". It's a picturesque little village at the foot of the Alpilles mountains, which has managed to retain the peace and quiet it has always prided itself on. Until 1935, the village was attached to Tarascon in the form of two hamlets: Laurade and Saint Etienne. As the gateway to the Alpilles, the village lies at the crossroads of the routes from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence to Tarascon and Arles, and from Arles to Avignon. The commune lies half on the north-western edge of the Alpilles, half on the Crau plain. Two very different landscapes.
