The accommodation was not clean when we arrived. Obviously, the cleaning was not done. For example stains on the floors and cake crumbs in the rooms. On the other hand, we found a comforter on a bed that had a big blood stain. A sheet kit was missing for a double bed which we had to ask for. The mattress protectors in general on each bed were not clean either. Small "musty" stains? Clothes and other items of the owner were everywhere (kitchen cupboards, bathroom, bedroom, corridor...) which reduces the equipment for the person who rents. Moreover, this reservation was proposed to us with access to a swimming pool and a wellness area which could not be the case. This apartment is not up to the asking price. A compensation would be desirable.
