Cosy and well-equipped (internet) on a sunny hillside with magnificent views on the Col du Pré road, a few steps from the listed village of Boudin. Internet access - grounds. As pleasant in winter as in summer. This chalet, with an overhanging view and just a few minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot from the village by footpath, comprises a spacious, warm living room with fireplace for evenings by the fire (wood included) - south-facing balcony - well-equipped, independent kitchen - 3 closed bedrooms + 1 alcove + 1 mezzanine (In the basement: there are 2 beds 140; on the ground floor with living room 2 beds 90 in alcove. Upstairs on the mezzanine: 1 bed 120 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160)
