Gîte for 6 people on the banks of the Sèvre, renovated in 2021 and adjoining two other gîtes. On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you'll find a living room (fireplace) with sofa bed (140cm)/kitchen. On a half-floor, there's a storage/laundry area (washing machine). Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140) (1 bed 160), a shower room and separate WC. Wooden beams, evidence of the old building, cross the hallway and the bedrooms at mid-height (photos). A private outdoor area is available (garden furniture, parasol), as well as a shared garden with barbecue. Three gîtes on site: H85G019982, H85G019983, H85G019984. Possibility of renting Le Coteau (H85G019983) at the same time (connecting door). Public parking 200m away. Electric and wood heating included.
Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €70/stay; 2-person bed linen rental: €10/stay/bed; bathroom linen rental: €8/stay/bed.
