2-person studio on the banks of the Sèvre, renovated in 2021 and adjoining two other gîtes. On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you'll find a living room (sofa bed)/kitchen and shower room with toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol). An outdoor space shared with the other gîtes is available. Three gîtes on site: H85G019981, H85G019982, H85G019984. Public parking 200m away. Electric heating included.
No washing machine.
