Discover the mildness of the ocean climate, 15 km of sandy beaches invite you to the relaxation and pleasure of water sports (sailing, surfing, kite, wake, paddle). 200km of cycling trails, pedestrian trails, 3 golf courses including an international 18 holes...Very nice attached house on both sides, in a new residence with heated outdoor pool (open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september). Terrace opening onto the forest and bike paths not overlooked. Your accommodation includes an entrance, a living room serving as a living room and dining room with equipped kitchen area. A bathroom with toilet on the ground floor. The first floor comprises a corridor, a bathroom with toilet, two bedrooms, one with a double bed 160 cm and one with two single beds 90cm and a small terrace offers you a nice view on the forest. A convertible sofa is available in the living. You can store your bikes and surfboards in a private cellar. The parking is secured by an electric gate and each accommodation has a car park. Wi-Fi. Join the beaches, the ocean, shops less than 1 km away, the first golf course 2 km away, the lake of Lacanau 5km away (Ref 02411).
