The enclosed, well-kept garden of over a hectare is ideal for green vacations! The owner may be present, but she's very discreet (no vis à vis with her house).
END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: 110€ / Optional linen: see agency rates).
Pets allowed: 25€/week
You will be asked to pay 25€/week for utilities between mid-October and mid-June inclusive.
A cleaning deposit of 110€ will be requested on arrival by bank transfer or cheque.
