The building is located in a peaceful residential area and includes an elevator. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning on an extra cost, uncovered parking, TV and terrace.

The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory.
