Beautiful 3-room apartment equipped for 6 people, in the "Avoriaz spirit of the 70's". Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the Mélèzes II residence, in the resort's historic district. Just 150 m from the Children's Village and shops. South-facing balcony with magnificent view of the slopes.
This duplex apartment is composed as follows:
A fitted entrance to store your skis and boots, without cluttering up the living space. After the staircase, you'll find a pleasant living area with a fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, small fridge, washer-dryer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). It opens onto the living room with fireplace (unusable until further notice). There are 2 single convertible sofa beds (90x200) and an Italian-style shower room with WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and a small bedroom with a set of bunk beds (70x190), plus a bathroom with WC.
TV. No internet access.

You'll be just 50m from the Village des Enfants and the resort center. The slopes are accessible via the Mélèzes descent to the Tour, Stade and Lac-Intrets chairlifts.
Ski shop, restaurant and bowling alley just a few meters from the residence.
