Exit to the balcony. Wooden floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large terrace 18 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, sitting area. Oberau: Exceptionally renovated with great taste and attention to detail beautiful, cosy, comfortable chalet "Feldkasten", 2 storeys, renovated in 2021. Above Oberau, in a hamlet with 20 houses, on the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Oberau, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3.5 km.
