Located at the foot of the slopes in Morillon 1100, this spacious duplex apartment can accommodate up to 7 people for a vacation in the heart of the mountains. With a surface area of around 45m² and located on the 5th floor with elevator, it offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.
On entering, you'll be greeted by an entrance hall with a practical cupboard for storing your belongings. A bedroom and a bright living room with a TV for relaxing moments. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and the toilet is separate for added convenience. Upstairs you'll find a bedroom/mezzanine. Take advantage of the large east-facing balcony, with its garden furniture and drying rack, to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with top refrigerator, dishwasher, electric hob, mini oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, fondue set, raclette/grill, pressure cooker, as well as complete crockery and pots and pans.
Sleeping accommodation: bedroom 1 (carpeted floor): 1 bunk bed 90 x 190 cm (high bedding not suitable for children under 6)
