I didn't see anyone on site, apart from the estate agent who gave me the keys... Otherwise, everything was very good, beautiful and quiet surroundings, very nice swimming pool and good location of the residence! Just one small downside, no internet at the residence... and charging 80€ for cleaning, even for just one person, is exaggerated...
