Perched on a hillside in a dominant position on 1200m² of wooded grounds, 400m from Lac de Sainte Croix with magnificent lake views and close to all sporting and tourist activities, contemporary single-storey villa adjoining another gîte (see Le Belvedere). WIFI,Large covered terrace with summer kitchen, plancha, sink and teak garden furniture overlooking the lake and private swimming pool (11x5x1.50 prof salt electrolysis secured by a barrier), private ping-pong table and boules court, 2nd terrace equipped with a lounge overlooking the lake, private parking in front of the gîte. SWIMMING POOL OPEN FROM MAY TO OCTOBER, weather permitting (unheated). Actual meter reading for electricity. First floor (several steps leading up to the house): Entrance hall, wc with washbasin, laundry room. Open-plan kitchen with bar, very well appointed with quality equipment, opening onto large living room with flat-screen TV, CD and DVD player. Two bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200) and two bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 190).1 Bathroom, 1 shower room adjoining the master bedroom with Italian shower.
