Just 12 km from the beaches of Fréjus, welcome to La Bastide du Buis. We welcome you to our property, where each gîte (G2997 and G2996) has its own terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private location, WIFI, double-glazing, quick access from A8 and DN7 freeways. Shopping center less than 1km away and water sports activities 2km away (water skiing, pedalos, fun park with inflatables). For nature lovers, you're at the gateway to the Gorges du Blavet and the landscapes of La Bouverie. Close to all amenities, semi-detached gîte adjoining the owners' house, south-east facing, independent entrance via a fenced-in small garden with 50 m² breakwater (3 steps up to the front door): entrance hall, living room with TV lounge area, sofa bed sleeping area, dining table, well-equipped kitchen area, WC and shower room. 1st floor: spacious double bedroom with 2 adjoining 90x190 cm single beds and umbrella bed. 2nd floor: large bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 cm and an extra bed.
