Situated in the middle of a pine forest, in a quiet, wooded, sloping 10,000 m² plot with large terraces, bordered by the Bresque river (fishing category no. 1), this house is semi-detached from the owner's home, with no facing building. Enjoy a rejuvenating stay in the heart of nature in this gîte with private covered terrace, garden furniture and sun loungers. At your disposal: a well-designed communal swimming pool on a bank above the terrace (9mx4mx1.40m secured by roller shutter), reached by a few steps and a pleasant landscaped path, a pétanque court, a shelter serving as summer kitchen with plancha, washing machine. Ideal for relaxation, hiking, fishing... WIFI - Up to two pets allowed. The gîte is located on a hillside, in a natural environment accessed via a mostly tarmac track, then a sloping path and a flat parking area on arrival. First floor: kitchen-living room with fireplace, TV, sofa bed, bedroom with two single beds (90cm), bedroom with double bed (140cm), shower room, separate toilet.
