Lovely, charming detached house in quiet Tourvaine countryside, on 7ha truffle farm. Access by dirt track for 300m, large plot, shady garden furniture. Small pond;
Caramy gorges 5km away, swimming at 'Pont Romain' beach 100m away. 3 km from the Musée des Gueules Rouges, a mining museum (reconstitution of a bauxite mine), entertaining visit, the history of bauxite mining in the Var. 3 km from the CHATEAU DE VALBELLE, nicknamed 'the little Versailles', is one of the Var's most famous buildings, a cultural visit rich in history. For hikers in the commune of TOURVES, the Chapelle de St Probace is perched on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Caramy river and its gorges. We are 10km from the Massif de la ST- BAUME, and a few km from La SAINTE VICTOIRE.
