Typical village house comprising: - Ground floor: a closed cupboard under the stairs where you'll find cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, a folding table and garden chairs to enjoy the charm of the street. Kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with everything you need (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, crockery, dishes...), washing machine, dishwasher and small reversible air-conditioning unit. Living room: dining table with chairs, bookcase, sofa, TV, coffee table, halogen lamp, armchair. - Upstairs: 1 en-suite bedroom with 1 x 90x190 cm single bed, chest of drawers and dressing room. Bathroom with WC, hairdryer provided. 1 large bedroom with 1 x 140x190 cm double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, armchair. Electric heating throughout the house, standing fan. ¨Household products supplied. No overcapacity. In the heart of the old village, in a quiet, flower-filled pedestrian street, authentic Provencal house decorated with care, consisting of one floor over first floor. Large parking lot 100 m away, partially chargeable (June to September). Jeu de boules at the top of the village, paying shuttles to the surrounding area in summer. Beaches, port and water sports activities 3 km away. On-site park and botanical garden, departure point for hiking trails: sentier du littoral, chemin des chapelles. Craft and evening markets, tourist and historical tours, visit to Fort de Brégançon, book night, boules competition, vineyard festival, evening events at the château. January: Mimosalia festival, February: corso fleuri, May: Bormes en roue libre, June: sports en lumière, summer: Argentine tango festival, comedy evenings, shows, concerts, September: Festival du Moulin, Escapade Gourmande, October: T24, Christmas festivities. A beautiful museum awaits you, as do artisan shops.
