Bright, well-appointed apartment on the 2nd floor of a secure residence (2 floors) with large communal swimming pool (14x7m, fenced, open 10am-7pm from May to September). Reversible air conditioning, WIFI Internet access and baby equipment. Communal garden around the residence, as well as a pétanque court and children's games. Private parking lot.
