Ideal house for enjoying a holiday in a comfortable, bright and panoramic semi-detached house with private swimming pool 600 m from the medieval village of Pergine Valdarno.
The house has been built and furnished in such a way as to offer comfortable interior spaces for a relaxing and comfortable stay. From the large windows in the living room, you can enjoy an open view of the hills covered with rows of vines, olive trees and Mediterranean scrub.
The territory of Pergine Valdarno is located in the geographical triangle of the provinces of Arezzo(20km), Siena(50km) and Florence (62km), occupying a part of the hill system between the Valdarno and the Valdichiana.
The House is ideal for families and a group of friends who wish to spend a vancaza together. It has a ground floor and first floor attic with a beautiful panoramic view.
