Upstairs: 1 bedroom: 1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 85cm bed and 1.80m ceiling fan. Unenclosed grounds of 300 m2 with garden furniture, barbecue, swing and slide. Ideal for a couple with a young child. Baby equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 bathtub. Gîte in the countryside at the southern end of the owner's house, an 18th-century manor surrounded by 1 ha of parkland with a fenced-in pond 30 m from the gîte. The gîte is about 100 m from the road, accessible via an avenue of oak trees. A grassy valley on the east side separates it from nearby woods. 5 km from Sourzac and its church, which can be seen from the Eiffel bridge over the Isle, and 25 km from Bergerac and its famous vineyards (Bergerac, Pécharmant, Monbazillac...).
