Enjoy your vacation in the Dordogne in this semi-detached house near another 'Gîtes de France' rental.
On the first floor, you'll find a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, freezer and 4 gas rings. The living room has a sofa and armchair, TV and wifi internet connection.
Upstairs you'll find 2 bedrooms: 1 bed 90. 2 beds 140, 1 crib, a bathroom with toilet.

The enclosed grounds feature a swing, sandpit and 8x4m, 1.20m-deep above-ground chlorine pool, shared with the owners and open from May to September. The shared, unheated pool is fenced off to a height of 1.50 m. Access is via a gate. The gîte is located on the border of the Dordogne and Lot departments, with uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside and the Château de Fénelon. Footpaths and the Dordogne River less than 500m away. All tourist sites are between 10mn and 1h from the gîte (Domme, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Les Grottes de Lascaux, gouffre de Proumeyssac, etc....). But you can also take advantage of the proximity of sites such as the Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, St Cyr Lapopie and Colonge la Rouge, etc.
