You'll particularly appreciate the privileged location of this house, in the heart of the small medical-commercial center, with the pharmacy, doctors, bakery and hairdresser all within easy walking distance, as well as the quality of the services on offer and the calm offered by the site. A comfortable address for a top-quality vacation, spa treatment or business trip. This detached house was built in 2021 and offers all the modern comforts of a spacious, bright, air-conditioned villa. On one level, it features a spacious living room (TV, WIFI), dining room and open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 90x200), a shower room (with Italian shower), separate toilet, storeroom (with washing machine), garage. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are provided. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) can be provided on request. Outside, you'll find a fully enclosed private garden with flowers, and a lovely 31 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
