Final cleaning, 4 hours cleaning per week and bed linen included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared with the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
