CABOURG, WATERFRONT, RENOVATED APARTMENT
4/5-room apartment with private garden overlooking the sea wall and direct access to the beach. Private south-facing terrace of approx. 50m2 overlooking the Dives.
The apartment, equipped for 8 people, comprises an entrance hall with large storage cupboard, a living-dining room with open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, two ceramic hobs and large fridge-freezer), with large bay window and sea view, a second bay window gives access to the terrace with garden furniture and parasol; a removable partition separates the second part of the living room which serves as the first bedroom with closet and sofa bed (140x200 daily). A second bedroom faces south, with large closet space and 2 beds (80x200) that can be made into a double bed (160x200). A small corridor leads to 1 separate WC and a shower room with washing machine.
A second corridor with two large closet-closets leads to bedrooms 3 and 4, and their shower room (Italian shower and Sani-broyeur WC). The children's bedroom has bunk beds with a large bay window overlooking the sea, and the other has a 140x200 bed with French window and French door.
Television, Internet access: wifi + 2 Ethernet sockets.
Elevator access to building entrance and basement parking space.
Additional services (optional) payable on arrival: cleaning 70E, bed linen kit (90x190: 20E/ 140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (please let us know a few days before arrival), cot (25E/week).
