Spacious, bright and well-designed apartment with a beautiful sea view, close to the town center and 2 steps from a supervised beach. It's a busy place, so it's sometimes noisy, but we've come with full knowledge of the situation, so there's no criticism on that score. Underground parking is an undeniable plus. Correct bedding. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the fridge was dirty, with unopened food inside. Strong smell of urine in the toilet. The carpet in the living room gave off an unpleasant odor, not far removed from the previous observation... I consider this apartment to be dilapidated, as some of the electrical sockets are broken or ripped out. The wallpaper is also in very poor condition. As for the number of beds, I think it's also poorly equipped. Lots of useless crockery but not enough knives... No wardrobe for clothes in the children's bedroom. No real oven, just a simple combi oven. Fridge too small. Not enough chairs for 7 people. No outdoor furniture for the balconies... In short, all this would deserve a good refresh and an adaptation of the equipment in relation to the number of beds to become a very nice property that would make tenants want to return. If you're not looking, why not, as the setting is ideal for all kinds of summer activities, but I personally wouldn't go back.
