The apartment comprises: an entrance hall with storage cupboards, a living room (with a sofa and flat-screen TV) opening onto a balcony with a beautiful sea view, an open-plan kitchen (with a fridge, 2 hotplates and a microwave oven), a first bedroom (with a 140x190 bed), a second bedroom (with two 90x190 bunk beds) also opening onto a sea-view balcony, a shower room (a shower, a vanity unit and an electric towel dryer), separate WC. Private parking space in basement. Pets are not allowed in this rental.

THE RESIDENCE: In a bucolic, seaside complex, this Normandy-style residence on the seafront overlooking the Marcel Proust promenade is quiet and guarded. There's a swimming pool (heated pool open from June 15 to September 15, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) and a tennis court (open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
