House with pleasant garden courtyard, 300 m from the beach and located in a residence with swimming pool (open from June to mid-September, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., unsupervised).
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall opening onto a living room with sofa bed, open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, shower room with toilet. The main room opens onto a terrace with summer kitchen where you can enjoy the shade of an olive tree. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms with double beds, one with an additional single bed, and a toilet with WC and washbasin.
