A few minutes from the banks of the Loire, in a winegrowing hamlet, come and stay in this pretty, charming, local-style house with beams, tufa stone and old bread oven.
The first floor features a living room with dining area, corner sofa bed (140x190cm), TV and fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, coffee maker, gas hob, etc.). The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, you'll find a large mezzanine bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a 90cm single bed. The bathroom has a sink and shower, and the toilet is off the shower room.
In the gîte's private garden, you'll enjoy the peaceful surroundings, whether lounging on the sunbeds or dining under the flower-filled gazebo (garden furniture and barbecue available). If you wish, you can also wander through the owners' charming green garden.
Situated in the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Nature Park, this gîte is ideally placed for châteaux visits (France's highest château, Château de Brissac, is 10 minutes from the gîte) and for walks or bike rides through the vineyards or along the Loire. The Loire à Vélo cycle route is just a few minutes from the gîte! Saumur and its Cadre Noir are 30 minutes away, and Angers 25 minutes.
In summer, enjoy the charm of the guinguettes on the banks of the Loire with family and friends.
The gîte has free Wifi internet access, and pets are welcome (outside, not enclosed).
For your comfort, the service is all-inclusive (heating, beds made on arrival, bathroom linen supplied, end-of-stay cleaning...). For a stay with baby, equipment available: cot, changing table, high chair, etc.
For a group stay, you can reserve "La Grange", an adjoining gîte due to open shortly.
