Magnificent, fully-restored home just 5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire and vineyards. Numerous opportunities for visits and walks will enchant you, such as the Canal Bridge at Briare, the Gien earthenware factory, Sancerre, Guédelon and, of course, the Loire cycle route. For the more adventurous, there's a microlight adventure at the Beaulieu base, and for the less adventurous, a canoe trip.
We offer 5 en-suite bedrooms, 3 with a 140cm double bed, one with a 160cm bed and one with two 90cm beds. There's a lovely living room and kitchen with all amenities, including a food processor and raclette oven. In the attic, there's a play area for children. In the courtyard, a gas barbecue will enable you to share convivial moments. The first floor comprises an entrance hall, a living room with 2 sofas and armchairs, a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, and a small vaulted cellar on the same level. The living room and kitchen open onto a courtyard with garden furniture and gas barbecue.
On the 1st floor, a magnificent bedroom with a 160 cm bed and en-suite bathroom (shower and bath) and wc, and another bedroom with a 140 cm bed and en-suite shower room and wc.
On the 2nd floor, two bedrooms with 140 cm beds and en-suite shower rooms and wc, and another bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, en-suite shower room and wc. All rooms have internet access.
Arrival from 4 pm and departure at 10 am.
