Magnificent 35 square meter studio located in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
Welcome to Chamonix!
I am delighted to welcome you to my recently renovated exclusive 35-square-meter studio, located on the 4ᵉ floor with elevator, situated in the center of CHAMONIX. It features a beautiful living room and can accommodate up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). You can enjoy the BALCONY and a panoramic view of Mont Blanc and the Chamonix needles to relax on beautiful alpine days.

Accommodation
Located in CHAMONIX, the studio is cosy, very bright and has a sleeping area with a double bed, a shower room and a lovely sitting area with a sofa bed for relaxing after an intense day of skiing or summer. You'll have a BALCONY where you can enjoy the outdoor furniture for dining while taking in the magnificent VIEW of the Mont-Blanc range. A swimming pool is available in the residence during the summer.
To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, you'll find the following facilities at your disposal: Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave oven, raclette machine, citrus press, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, television.
Ideally located in the center of Chamonix, a 10-minute walk from the Gaillands climbing area.
The Aiguille du Midi cable car and the Brevent cable car are just a 5 and 10-minute walk away respectively, taking you to the mountains where you can enjoy a variety of activities including skiing, ski touring, snowboarding, paragliding, snowshoeing, ice climbing and via ferrata.
The Chamonix bus station, the Mont-Blanc Express "Aiguille du Midi" train station and 3 public parking lots are less than 5 minutes' walk away.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!

For reservations after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest.
Location
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic, lively town center and a host of activities on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
