I'm delighted to welcome you to my apartment!
Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, you'll love the proximity of the Arcachon basin, just a 1-minute walk away!
My apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), two single beds (90x190 in the living room separated by a curtain), a sofa bed, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with separate toilet, and a pleasant terrace facing the port, where you can enjoy lunch outside on sunny days. During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: washing machine, iron, television, microwave, mini-oven, Nespresso coffee maker and Italian coffee maker.
Within the residence, you'll have access to a secure gated parking lot.
Located just opposite the port, in Arcachon's summer district, you'll find a variety of restaurants, bars and shops in the vicinity.
On sunny days, you'll be able to go for a walk or a bike ride to discover the various tourist sites and the beautiful walks along the coast.

Location
Arcachon is a commune in south-western France, in the Gironde region. It's the perfect place to enjoy the great outdoors, with its many hiking trails, cycle paths and water sports facilities. Spend the day sunbathing on the beach, strolling along the harbor or taking a boat out to Île aux Oiseaux. La Ville d'Hiver is a district where you can discover eccentric and original architecture, from mosaics to Gothic mansions and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, offering an incredible panorama of the Bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
It's a charming town that perfectly combines a renowned seaside resort and a typical small town with the scent of pine and sea salt.

- Cap-Ferret 5-8 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot to take the boat from Jetée Thiers or Eyrac to Cap-Ferret.
-The fishermen's quarter is not far from the accommodation, where you'll find both traditional and modern restaurants serving local cuisine and fresh produce.
