Welcome to Argentiere, commune of Chamonix Mont-Blanc!
I'm delighted to welcome you to my 42-square-meter apartment on the ground floor of a quiet residence in Argentière - CHAMONIX.
It is composed of one bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people, possibly 5 as there is an extra bed for a child.
You'll have a BALCONY with an exceptional VIEW of the entire MONT BLANC range to relax in on a beautiful alpine day.

Welcome to Argentière, commune of CHAMONIX!
Located in Argentière, the apartment is decorated in a traditional mountain style! It's perfect for a family or couple's ski holiday.
it comprises :
- a bedroom with 3 beds of the following type: 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed: LOW: L4O/200 bed, HIGH: 90 /200 bed, (an extra bed if needed for a child),
- a brand-new shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge area for relaxing after an intense day's skiing.
You'll have a BALCONY from which to enjoy the magnificent mountain views!
To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, you'll find the following facilities at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
Ideally located 15 minutes by car from Chamonix town center, 10 minutes by foot from the Argentière Les Grands Montets ski area gondola lifts and 10 minutes by car from Le Tour ski area, where you can take full advantage of winter activities such as skiing, tobogganing, snowboarding...
The Argentière train station is a 6-minute walk away, and the free train or shuttle bus (thanks to the guest cards handed out in the apartment) will take you either to Chamonix town center or close to the ski lifts.
A ski rental store is a 9-minute walk from the apartment, a Marché U and Drive 7 minutes away, and a delicious bakery 3 minutes from the apartment!
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
In summer, you can relax and cool off in the residence's lovely swimming pool (open only in July/August).
A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each guest.
You'll have a free travel card for internal train journeys between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).
Location
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic, lively town center and a host of activities on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
