In the magnificent and historical district of the Winter City in Arcachon, this superb villa of pure Arcachon style on 4 levels with all the great comfort will enchant your family vacations.
Its garden, its heated swimming pool 9.50x1.70m, its two terraces and its quiet environment, make this Villa a haven of peace while being near and accessible on foot or by bike, of the most beautiful beaches of Arcachon (of which the Pereire beach), of the city center of Arcachon or Moulleau.

Composed of 6 rooms and able to accommodate 12 people, the villa is composed on the first floor of a large living room with TV, a huge dining room and a south-facing kitchen all with an elegant decoration. You can also access the terrace overlooking the garden and its swimming pool.
Take the stairs to reach the first floor which has three bedrooms. The first one has a queen size bed (160x200) and an access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200). The third bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200). A bathroom with bathtub and toilet serves the 3 bedrooms.

On the garden level, you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) with direct access to the pool and its bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden and its two large terraces equipped with a gas barbecue. Swimming pool towels are available. No garage inside the property but very accessible street. A table soccer and a ping-pong table are also available.
