A 7-minute drive from Erromardie beach, a detached house in a residential area of Saint Jean de Luz. Through the front door, you'll find a bright main room with a dining area and sitting area. A separate, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace (covered by an awning). A glazed French window leads out onto this terrace and to the swimming pool lined with magnificent Agapanthus trees. Still on the first floor, on the garden side, a bedroom with built-in closet and a bathroom (bath and walk-in shower) with a 160x200 bed. Ascend to the second floor and discover two further bedrooms and a shower room. The first, on the street side, has a 140X200 bed. The second, on the garden side, is equipped with 90X200 bunk beds.
