THE CAMPSITE
The small campsite Le Fanal is located a few steps from the Norman coastal town of Isigny-sur-Mer. Isigny-sur-Mer is situated on the river L'Aure which flows into the sea through a deep inlet.
The sandy beach of Géfosse-Fontenay is 10 km away. Despite the traces left by the invasion of Isigny in 1944, there are still some colorful houses in the fishing port that give the village its character. Isigny is known for its typical Norman products: butter, camembert and Isigny caramels (with Calvados inside of course!). Try all the other Norman specialties during your vacations, bon appétit!
