Property for exclusive use
Secluded 400 m2 period villa with 120 m2 outbuilding and private pool, able to accommodate 24 people in total, including, in the villa: 20 in the 8 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with shower; in the outbuilding: 4 people in the 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. The villa, surrounded by beautiful grounds, is equipped with TV, billiard room and Internet connection.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
Villa Bagnolo is immersed in a wood, in a very shady position. Nearby (approx. 60 m away), in a meadow overlooking the valley, is the swimming pool, measuring 12x6 and 1.40 m deep; it is equipped with an outdoor shower, deckchairs, sunbeds, a portable barbecue, an outdoor breakfast table and table tennis for children. The washing machine is located in an external room. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
The main house is a historic 17th-century villa. On the first floor there is a large living room, a small living room with fireplace and TV, a billiards room, a children's playroom, a dining room, a large eat-in kitchen with direct access to the outside, 2 bathrooms with shower. Ascending to the second floor, we find a spacious living room, 1 twin bedroom, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. The second floor features a spacious living room, 1 twin bedroom, 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers.
50 meters from the main house is the outbuilding with, on the first floor, a living room with fireplace and TV, a dining area with direct access to the garden, 1 service bathroom. Ascending to the second floor, we find 2 double bedrooms, a small living room, 3 bathrooms with shower.
Position
The structure, part of a farm, lies in a hilly position (800 meters above sea level) and is surrounded by woods and dense vegetation. It enjoys a splendid panoramic view over the entire valley and is rather isolated, although there are other houses nearby.

The villa is equipped with wifi internet access, central heating, 2 cots, a high chair and on-property parking.

Included in the price: household linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (with weekly change), internet connection, electricity, water, final cleaning, gas (excluding heating), high chair and cot. On request and payable on site: possibility of domestic help.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 1/06 to 30/09. Access to the structure is via a 2 km dirt track. Villa Bagnolo is located near Casale il Ginepro, which is part of the same property. The laundry room is shared by guests of both accommodations.

The villa is immersed in the woods of the high hills between the Val di Chiana and the Tiber valley, in a rather isolated position, even though there are other vacation homes nearby, such as Casale il Ginepro, which is part of the same property. It's ideal for those who want to spend their vacations in total relaxation, or with friends. It is 12 km from the Etruscan town of Cortona.
