Character farmhouse in the countryside between the town of Lucca and the beaches of Versilia, located not far from a small village separated by a large wood, giving the property great privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Careful restoration has highlighted the stone structure, terracotta floors, exposed beams and pastel wall tones. This property is an excellent choice for groups of friends or large families wishing to spend a vacation alternating visits to the city of Lucca and discovering the beaches of Versilia, while also having the opportunity to relax around the refreshing swimming pool or enjoy a glass of white wine from the nearby vineyards. In front of the house is a large meadow where children can play freely. Guests have access to a garden equipped with barbecue and wood-burning oven for tasty outdoor lunches. The swimming pool (12x6m with a depth of 1.4 to 2.2 meters)(01/06-28/09) is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The furnishings, designed as for the rest of the property to offer every modern comfort, create an extremely relaxing, fresh atmosphere. Wifi internet access is available. The price includes 9 compulsory hours of domestic help per week. Parking on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrivals must take place between 4pm and 7pm (for arrivals after 8pm, a surcharge of 50 euros will apply; for arrivals after 10pm, a surcharge of 100 euros will apply). All arrivals outside these times must be notified and agreed in advance.
