Magnificent 110-square-meter apartment in Aix-en-Provence.
Welcome to my home!
I am pleased to welcome you to my charming 110 m2 apartment on the 4th floor with elevator, located in Aix-en-Provence.
Charming and well-equipped, it would be perfect for a tourist stay of 6 people. You'll especially love its magnificent terrace!
The city center is just a 10-minute drive away, and you'll have excellent public transport links for strolling around the town!

Accommodation
Located in Aix-en-Provence, in a newly-built residence, my apartment is sublime and perfectly suited to a tourist stay.
Sleeping 6, it has three bedrooms with two double beds and a sofa bed, a bathroom and a shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely living room with a TV for easy relaxation. In summer, the apartment remains very pleasant thanks to the shade cloth on the terrace, air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, and ceiling fans in the rest of the rooms.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, High-efficiency ceiling fans, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
Possibility of using a closed box in the basement for parking a medium-sized car. This box is equipped with a Green up electrical outlet for recharging electric or rechargeable hybrid vehicles.
You'll also have a magnificent terrace with a breathtaking view of the Sainte Victoire!
A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each trip.
The city center is a 10-minute drive away, and a 30-minute walk. You'll find everything you need (bars, restaurants, shops...)!
