Sabrina and Michel have created a gîte on a 15-hectare estate with woods and a first-class river. Heated indoor pool. Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room. 2 bedrooms opening onto the garden (1 double bed, 1 single bed), en-suite shower room. Heating with wood and oil-fired boiler in living room and kitchen, electric heating in bedrooms. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer. Private outdoor wooden dining table. Barbecue. Playground, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, small stream on site (reach). Heated indoor swimming pool (semi-buried) all year round, shared with the other gîtes on the property (8m x 4 m; 1 m35 to 2 m deep). Swimming pool protected by a lockable glass room for adults (including changing room). Fitness room. Sauna. Disc golf course, petanque court. Bunk beds for 2 people available at no extra charge. On request, an additional family room for 5 people can be rented at extra cost. On site, 2 Gites: 12-person and 2-person. Bellenaves 10 km. Gite extras: Housework included, but please note that only the kitchen area needs to be left clean and tidy, otherwise a €80 cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay.
Sauna: 1 session per day free, then 15.00 euros per session.
Nordic bath: 50.00 euros / session. Information and reservations from the owners Only people with gym shoes will be admitted to the fitness room. Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
