Located in the heart of the Vendée, in Saint Hilaire de Riez, Camping Riez à la Vie **** welcomes you to a warm and friendly setting for a successful vacation. This campsite is just 1km from the beaches bordering the Atlantic Ocean. Close to a state-owned forest that separates it from the beach facing Ile d'Yeu, this is a typical Vendée holiday resort amidst landscapes as enchanting as they are picturesque.



In addition to the pleasures of the sea, you can enjoy a variety of aquatic areas on site. The outdoor pool and paddling pool welcome you all season long. It is heated from the opening of the campsite, depending on weather conditions. The indoor pool area is ideal for swimming in all weathers throughout the season. Heated from April to September, the indoor pool and paddling pool await you. You can also take advantage of the relaxation area with sauna and hammam (free access - adults only).

The new aquatic area, with its two new pools and new waterslide lanes, will delight young and old alike. Enjoy a large pool with a solarium to quench your thirst and bask in the Vendée sunshine, while your children play in the river walk. For thrill-seekers, there are seven waterslides, including a buoy slide for even more fun.



Because vacations are synonymous with fun, you'll have access to a wide range of leisure facilities: weight room, multi-sports field, playground and inflatables for the kids, ping-pong tables and games room.



New for 2024: the campsite is getting a facelift with new entertainment buildings, and the creation of a restaurant, bar, snack bar, grocery store and reception (the new buildings will be accessible on May 1)! There will also be a second playground and a new games room.



Although peace and quiet are the watchwords of the campsite, there's no shortage of activities and entertainment! Throughout the season, sports tournaments, fitness classes, pétanque competitions, happy hour and themed evenings... all accompanied by friendly, dynamic entertainers.



Children aged 4/10 can have fun at the Kids' Club during the school vacations (April, July and August), with a wide range of activities on offer (fun and educational games, board games, recreational activities...).

And your 11/17 year-old teens will also be welcomed in a club offering a variety of activities in July and August only.



To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the campsite offers a wide range of services (5 days a week out of season and 7 days a week in high season): bar, snack bar/takeaway, grocery store, bike rental, as well as additional rental equipment: baby chairs/cots, sheet and towel rental, planchas...



Near the campsite, you can discover all the activities the region has to offer. The region offers a wide range of activities, including theme parks such as Puy du Fou, Ile d'Yeu, Planète sauvage and the zoo in Les Sables d'Olonne.

You can also go sailing, hiking, horse-riding, cycling, golfing and many other local sports.
