The 'Villa Es Velar Family Suite' oozes luxury from every crack, while the cool and simple architecture of this owner-built house still cultivates Mallorcan traditions. Newly planted cypresses, along with olive trees and pines, and lush green meadows make up the landscape of this fenced garden. This villa is highly recommended for families, especially because of the trampoline, the football goal, and other play equipment in the garden. Naturally, the south-facing estate of this villa offers a suitably sized swimming pool with graduated depth, surrounded by a large terrace that extends to the house.
