Open-plan kitchen with oven, four-burner hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc., opening onto the living room with sofa bed (140cm), table and chairs, flat-screen TV. A separate bedroom with a 140cm bed, large storage cupboard and TV. A bathroom with a shower equipped with a folding armchair and a handrail, a washbasin and a toilet with a handrail. Large terrace with table and garden chairs. WIFI in the accommodation. The residence has 10 bicycle parking spaces in an outdoor shed. PETS WELCOME. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to availability.
